The cavity block above was engraved to a depth of .010 all engraving was taken directly from an AutoCad file which was E-Mailed from the manufacturer to us. This part went from us to molding with NO polishing needed! Above is a photo of one section of the cavity block at left. The characters have virtually square corners while the box details have the radius specified by the print. This is a small date code insert for a mold. The engraving for this was designed in AutoCad by us using the customer specs that were supplied. Once again from us to mold no polishing needed. This is an example of a logo which we engraved for a customer. Due to the versatility of this machine we are able to engrave virtually any logo.
